As of today, version 1.3 is released on the App Store.

This version adds the following improvements:

  • all data can now be exported in csv format
  • dates of birth may now lie up to 9 months in the future
  • dates of events or growth can now lie up to 9 months before the date of birth (for example if you want to add an ultrasound)
  • data storage is now more efficient (in case of events without a picture)

Version 1.2 has been released and can be downloaded at the App Store: the app already supported English and Dutch, but now the Spanish language has been added as well.

This new addition hadn’t been possible without the help of Wendell, a colleague of my wife, who has translated all texts from Dutch to Spanish. Testing the app together was fun as well as instructive for the both of us.

Wendell: thanks again for your enthusiastic contribution!

Depending on the language setting of your iPhone/iPad/iPod all texts and buttons are shown in the chosen language. If you’ve selected another language than the ones supported, the most appropriate will be used.

… of course a Spanish version of the app requires a Spanish page in iTunes:

Today the first update is published, version 1.1.

This release mainly consists of the following improvements:
* Sharing of events to your Facebook timeline is now possible (iOS 6.0 and above);
* A bug is fixed that could cause the app to crash sometimes when adding a child.
