I’m getting a new iPhone. Will I loose my data?
Not if you back-up your old device and restore the back-up on your new iPhone. You can create a back-up manually but even better is using automatic back-ups via iCloud.
Why can’t I select this date?
The date picker defaults to today. If you can’t select the desired day, then you may need to select the correct month first. If you can’t choose the right month, then you probably have to change the year first.
A child’s date of birth may lie up to 9 months in the future.
Dates of events or growth data may lie 9 months before the child’s date of birth.
Why can’t I use commas when entering the length or weight?
Both must be entered as whole numbers, without commas. Height is entered in centimeters (cm) and the weight in grams, not kilograms.
Why doesn’t the sort order of children change?
If you’ve changed the sort order of children in the Settings app, the change isn’t effectuated immediately. First the app must be closed and restarted. To achieve this, close the app with the Home button. Then press the Home button twice and hold your finger on the app icon until the red x appears. Then tap the x to shut down the app. The next time you start the app, the sort order will be changed.
